性状
变压吸附硅胶外观呈透明或半透明玻璃状，化学分子式为mSiO2．nH2O, 化学性质稳定，无毒无味，与细孔硅胶有相似之处，但选择性吸附能力优于细孔硅胶。变压吸附硅胶主要具有吸附快、脱附亦快的特点。
用途
变压吸附是一项气体分离及净化的高新技术，变压吸附硅胶主要用于二氧化碳气体的回收、分离及净化，用于合成氨工业、食品饮料加工工业等制取二氧化碳，亦可用于干燥、防潮及有机产品的脱水精制等。
